Mr. Jones is a Partner at RFPC and the Managing Director and Manager of RFPC’s broker/dealer, Apex Pryor Securities. In this capacity he is responsible for municipal investment banking, underwriting, sales and trading and the marketing of RFPC’s integrated bond and swap products. Mr. Jones identifies opportunities for municipal bond issuers to gain additional debt service savings through RFPC’s innovative interest rate swap financings. Mr. Jones has been instrumental in coordinating swap and bond market activity for such issuers as the New Orleans Aviation Board, Denver International Airport and Houston, Texas.

Mr. Jones has 18 years of experience in commercial and investment banking in the United States, Africa and Latin America. His experience includes domestic and international public finance, project finance, privatization, and debt restructuring. His municipal experience relates to all types of debt financings including both short term and long term financings, new money issues, current and advance refundings, taxable municipals and interest rate swaps.

Mr. Jones was previously a Vice President at Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc., in New York and Smith Barney Inc., in New York and Chicago. While at these firms he served as the lead or senior technical banker on nearly $7 billion of senior managed tax-exempt bond financings.

Mr. Jones has an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in economics from Dartmouth College.
